Hey guys!!! It’s been quite a while since I last posted on here!! I’ve been feeling very uninspired lately. Please let me know how you help keep yourself inspired and motivated!!!

While I’m here, I figured I might as well let you know what’s been happening in my life lately.

Towards the end of March, I went to a nerdfighter meet-up in Dublin and that was so much fun! I made tonnes of new, like-minded friends. Here’s a picture:

There were a tonne of us there. We’re hoping to have another meet-up during the summer!!

A few weeks after that, I went to Athlone for an athletics competition! It was a 2 day competition with a semi-formal night out afterwards. It was so much fun!!! I met tonnes of new people there too both from my own club and from other clubs! For the most part, athletes are really friendly!!

This is a few of my team members and myself! I’m the really short one by the way!!

Yesterday I went shopping with my sister and Mum in the city. I might do a small blog post later with pictures of all the clothes I bought.

I’m also going to Germany at the end of the month!! I’m really excited! I’ve wanted to go to Germany for ages because my parents go the whole time!

In other news, the weather is really good today. So good in fact, I’ve actually opened my curtains!!! Oh my!! Shock/horror!!! I have to admit it is a rarity!!!

That’s pretty much everything that’s happened in my life since my last post! Talk to you again soon (hopefully!!).

So it is cold season in Ireland at the moment and I’m sure it is elsewhere too!!! So I decides to share my favourite recipe to help cure colds!!!

Ingredients:

1. A whole pile of citrus fruits of your choice!

2. Sparkling water

3. Sugar/sweetner (optional)

As you can probably guess, the method to creating this is very simple. You juice the fruit. Then add sparkling water (add half the volume of the juice made ie. if you make 500mls juice add 250mls water.) Then if you wish you can add sugar and stir to disolve. Best served chilled!!!

The fruits I use are usually:

2 grapefruits

2 oranges

2 lemons

2 limes

I really like my juice sour so I don’t add and sugar!!

Enjoy!!

Ok so I really love LUSH products but I hadn’t been using them lately! Then I started using some of the things I got around Christmas last year and I’m really loving them!!

First is Glogg which is a really nice shower gel! It smells like mulled wine and is really nice to use on cold wet days (which we’ve been having a lot of!!).

Next is Once a Year massage bar!! This is one of my favourite massage bars (which is why I bought a few of them!!) It has 2 parts to it :

1. The pink part. This part is really sweet smelling with a little bit of spicyness!!

2. The cream part. This part is a bit like vanilla and is full of sparkles for a little bit of festive cheer!!

I’m really loving this early intro to Christmas and now I’m really excited to see this years LUSH christmas stock!!

Hey guys!!!!

So I got my braces tightened today (hence the heading!!!) and it really hurts!! They gave me elastic bands to wear 24/7 which is the most awkward (I know it’s silly but I only learned how to spell this yesterday. I could never remember that there were two w’s!!) thing ever. It makes it really hard to eat because of them being there, because of the pain and simply because I can’t open my mouth wide enough to eat so it takes me forever to finish a meal!!!

Mine aren't colouredy like these ones but they did come in a cute bag with a picture of a bear on it!!!

Ok! Annoying rant over and done with!! Hopefully I’ll be able to put up a video tomorrow!!!

On a side note – weather in Ireland is being really stupid. The weather people said last week that we would have a big heatwave over the weekend and the start of this week. Unfortunately, said heatwave seems to have bypassed my town completely because the rest of the country is out having barbecues while in my town it’s raining and foggy and windy and just miserable!!! And while we had all this horrible weather (which I secretly kinda like!!) Dublin city hit the hottest temps of the year at the weekend!!! Congratulations Dublin!!! Soon the snow will come along and put you out of business while my home will function as per ususal due to being right next to the coast!!!

And with that, I will say goodnight!!!!
